Overview of the OE3 Small Business Capital & Infrastructure Grant and Overview of Resources Tailored

USPAACC Midwest attended OE3’s event catered toward AAPI entrepreneurs, which showcased funding and resources for Asian-owned businesses in Illinois. The event first highlighted the OE3 Capital & Infrastructure Grant Program which funds infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and property acquisitions of small businesses in underserved communities. The grant prioritizes CDFI Investment Areas to boost job creation and economic growth. To ensure long-term impact, funded projects are tracked over 24 months, reinforcing the state's commitment to equitable access and community development. 

Other community organizations like CMAA, CBAA, AACCIL, Asian American Executive Network, and National ACE attended alongside USPAACC and highlighted their initiatives. USPAACC Midwest presented programs such as WISE (Women Initiative for Strategic Empowerment, the Business Leadership Series, Strategic Sourcing, Certification Assistance, and the CelebrAsian Conference, all designed to support and connect Asian entrepreneurs.
