Washington, DC | July 01, 2016

Accolades continue to pour in from Fortune corporations, government agencies, large non-profits and the small/minority business community. They describe great connections made with Fortune Corporations and their positive outcome and optimistic outlook following the successful CelebrAsian Procurement Conference held June 1 – 3, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in Georgia.

CelebrAsian, the flagship national event of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC), is the country’s largest business-to-business procurement event convened by Pan Asian Americans to connect with large, medium and small enterprises.

In three days, CelebrAsian 2016 brought together 800 participants, who came in full force from all over the country, including 94 corporations, 22 government agencies, and 14 media partners. Over 500 pre-scheduled one-on-one business matchmaking meetings were held between buyers and suppliers, across various industries and with over 50 commodities to be purchased in the next 12-18 months.

“We continue to receive a deluge of accolades from CelebrAsian participants, as well as firm commitments of continued support,” said Susan Au Allen, USPAACC National President & CEO. “These heartwarming compliments are strong validation of the unique services and value we bring to our constituency through results-oriented procurement networking events with powerful and top-caliber speakers, innovative suppliers who jump-start economic parity and enable job growth.”

“Congratulations again on all of USPAACC’s accomplishments!” wrote Juan Perez, Chief Information Officer of UPS and the Gala Keynote Speaker. “The event was representative of the quality of your organization – outstanding!”

UPS Chairman and CEO David Abney served as the Honorary Conference Chair. Corporate Host Co-Chairs were The Coca-Cola Company, Nissan, SunTrust Bank and UPS. Asian American Business Co-Chairs were Ampcus and Softpath System. Legacy Co-Chairs were PepsiCo and Wells Fargo.
