We are thrilled to share the success of our USPAACC Midwest Small Business Collaboration held this week in Chicago — an inspiring gathering that brought together entrepreneurs, corporate partners, and community leaders to exchange ideas and build meaningful connections. In partnership with Wells Fargo, the event was a full house filled with energy, innovation, and collaboration. We were honored to be joined by our corporate members Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Allstate, Dollar General, Constellation, and ComEd, who shared valuable insights and opportunities with our small business community. A special thank you to Will Shih, Director of Economic Development from Senator Tammy Duckworth’s office, and Michelle Lura White from the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity, for their warm and encouraging remarks highlighting the vital role small businesses and entrepreneurs play in driving local and national economic growth. A highlight of the event was the fireside chat featuring the success story between Wells Fargo and USPAACC FAST 100 winner Krasan Consulting Services, showcasing how their partnership, which began at CelebrASIAN 2025, helped the business grow and thrive. Their story is a true testament to how collaboration between small businesses and large corporations creates win-win opportunities for both. The Open Door Roundtables and networking reception provided participants the opportunity to connect directly, fostering meaningful conversations between suppliers and buyers and opening new pathways for partnership and growth. We were also inspired by Hoan H., a 2008 USPAACC Scholarship recipient and now Illinois State Representative (13th District), who closed the event on a high note by encouraging small businesses to continue to thrive and soar. We extend our sincere thanks to The The Chicago Community Trust , Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, and Coalition for a Better Chinese American Community (CBCAC) for their invaluable partnership and support. Finally, to all the entrepreneurs who brought your passion, innovation, and ambition, you are the heartbeat of this program and the driving force behind USPAACC’s mission to empower small businesses nationwide.
