USPAACC Midwest ‘How to Work with Government’ Workshop & Networking Event

USPAACC Midwest hosted its first ‘How to Work with Government’ Workshop & Networking Event at the James R. Thompson Center in Chicago. The event featured a panelist of officials from State of Illinois, City of Chicago & Cook County. The event was focused at providing information on how diverse owned business could find opportunities to work with government agencies. The panelists included Hardik Bhatt - Chief Digital Officer & Acting Secretary, Innovation & Technology, State of Illinois; Jimmy Odom - Acting Assistant Director, Illinois Department of Central Management Services; Jacqueline Gomez - Director of Office Contract & Compliance, Cook County and Gina Oka -  General Counsel, Department of Procurement Services, City of Chicago.
